Office of Self-Insurance Plans (OSIP) Announces Relocation to Sacramento on April 2 The Office of Self-Insurance Plans (OSIP) has announced plans to relocate from Rancho Cordova to Sacramento on April 2, 2024. The move will be completed by the California Department of Industrial Relations, which protects the health, safety, and economic well-being of over 18 million wage earners and helps employers comply with state labor laws.
