Stockton food truck plaza highlights community and culture
Stockton’s new food truck plaza offers diverse cuisines, supports local businesses, and provides a gathering space for the community. The Stockton Food Plaza, a food truck plaza in the city of Stockton, opened earlier this month and aims to bring together people who enjoy diverse foods. The plaza has 25 food trucks currently on the lot, with six more set to come in November. The owners aim to highlight Stockton's diverse culture and community. Reed Ramsey, the owner of the plaza, says he is bringing 40 small businesses into one small location and hopes to bring something new to Stockton. The Sacramento Bubble Hive is expanding its reach in the 209. The Plaza is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering different types of food.
