Bread rolls recalled in California for containing undeclared allergen
Shoppers who bought the rolls affected by the recall can return them to the store of purchase for a refund. Idaho-based WinCo Foods LLC has recalled 16 ounce packages of its hoagie rolls in California due to potentially undeclared allergens. The rolls, which may contain sesame flour, were distributed to stores in California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. The recall was initiated after the bread manufacturer, United States Bakery, discovered that the hoagerie roll packaging did not declare the inclusion of sesame flour on the ingredient list and allergen statement. No illnesses have been reported. If purchased the bread rolls, you can return them to a WinCo for a refund.
