On Thursday night, Gr… Granite Bay, a California team that is ranked No. 1 in the Sac-Joaquin Section, won the Boras Baseball Classic 23-3 over Cardinal Newman in a tournament championship game held at Army Depot Park in Sacramento. The game was played at a neutral site and the Grizzlies were the designated home team. The victory makes Granite Bay now 10-1 this season.

The game was played at a neutral site, Army Depot Park in Sacramento, and the Grizzlies were the designated home team. They scored eight runs in the top of the first inning (on four hits) en route to the 20-run win.
Granite Bay is now 10-1 this season.
